NON-COMMON LAW JURISDICTIONS
( Mainland PRC )
（1）Be entitled to practice the law of an overseas jurisdiction海外律师执业资格
（2）Good standing in that jurisdiction在所属的司法管辖区内拥有良好的执业声誉
（3）At least 5 years of experience in the practice of law of that jurisdiction五年及以上的执业经验格
- Be ready to access all Heads of the Overseas Lawyers Qualification Examination
- HEAD I Conveyance物业转让
- HEAD II Civil and Criminal Procedure民事及刑事法律诉讼程序
- HEAD III Commercial and Company Law商业及公司法
- HEAD IV Accounts and Professional Conduct账目及职业操守
- HEAD V Principles of Common Law普通法准则
- HEAD VI Hong Kong Constitutional Law 香港宪法
- ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- (an applicant whose jurisdiction of admission is a non-common law jurisdiction and who has had less then 5 years of experience in the practice of the law of any non-common law jurisdiction must have-)
- (1)完成1年的合同法、财产法、侵权行为法、衡平法、刑事法、行政法、宪法等全日制课程的学习
- (2)取得法学专业学位证书
- (3)符合下述规定中的任何一项：
- ①在其获认许的司法管辖区或在香港担任实习律师不少于3年，或上述两段经历相加
- ②或在其获认许的司法管辖区有不少于3年的执业经验
- ③或上述执业经验与作为实习律师的经验相加，两者合计不少于3年
